Following official announcements, the deadline for medical device manufacturers to register their MDR and MDD compliant products in the EUDAMED database is set for May 28, 2026, and November 28,2026. Selecting the Right Data Upload Method

• Manual Entry: Suitable for manufacturers with a very limited product range. However, it is the slowest method as it requires each device (UDI) to be entered individually.
• XML Bulk Upload: The most efficient solution for the majority of manufacturers. It allows for the simultaneous upload of up to 300 products in a single file. According to EUDAMED guidelines, this method is more efficient than manual entry for portfolios with as few as 15 to 20 UDIs.
